This Privacy Policy explains how LEXSHMI DHURGE, operator of the CRMxDream platform ("CRMxDream", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform and websites (the "Service"). CRMxDream is a customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform for digital marketing agencies and businesses that captures advertising leads, lets teams qualify them by sales-flow status, and sends qualified-lead conversion signals to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email, phone number, organization, and login credentials.
• Lead & CRM data — information about leads and contacts that you or your sources submit (e.g., name, phone, email, source/campaign attribution, sales-flow status). This data is processed on your behalf as described below.
• Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or enquiries.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To capture and organize leads and route them through your sales workflow.
• To send qualified-lead (conversion) signals to advertising platforms you connect, so their systems can optimize ad delivery.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Roles: Controller & Processor

For lead and CRM data you bring into the Service, you act as the data controller and CRMxDream acts as a processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents to collect and process that data. For your account and usage data, we act as the controller.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service shares data with third parties only as needed to deliver functionality you enable, including:

• Advertising platforms — e.g., Meta (Conversions API) and Google (Ads / offline conversions), to send qualified-lead/conversion signals.
• Infrastructure & communication providers — hosting, email/SMTP, and messaging providers used to operate the Service.

These third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Google User Data (Google Ads & Search Console)

If you connect a Google account to CRMxDream, you authorize us to access certain Google data on a read-only basis through Google APIs, used solely to display analytics and reporting inside your own CRMxDream dashboard and to send conversions you configure:

• Google Ads (adwords scope) — the ad accounts you can access, read-only campaign reporting metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), and conversion-action metadata. We upload offline/enhanced conversions that you configure for your own qualified leads. We never create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, or budgets.
• Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly scope) — your verified sites and Search Analytics metrics (queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position).

This Google data is visible only to the user who authorized the connection. We do not use Google user data for serving advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer it to any third party. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access at any time from within CRMxDream or via your Google Account permissions.

Limited Use. CRMxDream's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for serving ads; and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security, or it is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-customer data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described on our Data Deletion page, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If your data was provided to us by a CRMxDream customer (as a lead), please contact that organization directly.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to operate the Service (for example, authentication and your preferences). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can grant or decline via our cookie banner; declining means no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
