These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRMxDream platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LEXSHMI DHURGE, operator of the CRMxDream platform ("CRMxDream", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CRMxDream is a customer-relationship-management platform for digital marketing agencies and businesses. It captures leads from advertising and other sources, lets your team qualify those leads by sales-flow status, and sends qualified-lead (conversion) signals to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google so their systems can optimize delivery. Features and functionality may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization, and you must be of legal age to do so.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law; (b) upload leads or data you do not have a lawful basis to process; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) infringe the rights of others; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you connect (including Meta and Google).

4. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the leads, contacts, and other data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including transmitting qualified-lead signals to the advertising platforms you connect, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary consents and legal bases to collect and process Your Data.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Meta Conversions API, Google Ads/Analytics, messaging and email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and integration behavior may change if a third party changes its platform.

6. Fees

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees, billing cycles, and plan details will be communicated to you separately. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific advertising, lead-quality, or business outcome. Optimization results depend on the advertising platforms and factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRMxDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India for any disputes arising under these Terms.
