CRMxDream is a customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform built for digital marketing agencies and businesses that run paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). It captures every lead from your ad campaigns, lets your telecalling team qualify each enquiry by sales-flow status, and automatically sends qualified-lead (conversion) signals back to Google Ads and Meta so their systems optimize delivery toward people who actually convert.

• Sales workflow — telecaller qualification, statuses, auto-assignment, call logging, and reporting.

How CRMxDream uses the Google Ads API

CRMxDream integrates directly with the Google Ads API. With each customer's authorization (OAuth) to their own Google Ads account, we use it for two purposes only:

• Offline & enhanced conversion uploads — telecallers tag each lead's real outcome (qualified, booked, junk). When a lead becomes qualified, CRMxDream uploads that outcome back to Google Ads as an offline conversion (matched by gclid), or via Enhanced Conversions for Leads using hashed email/phone when no gclid exists — so Google Smart Bidding optimizes toward leads that actually convert, not just clicks.
• Read-only reporting — we import campaign, ad-group and keyword performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) to show true cost-per-lead and ROI dashboards for the customer's own accounts.

CRMxDream never creates, modifies, pauses, or deletes any campaigns, ads, or budgets — it only reads reporting data and uploads conversions for the qualified leads the customer chooses. Full details: Google Ads API Integration · Privacy Policy.

How CRMxDream uses the Meta APIs

With each customer's authorization (Facebook Login) to their own Meta Business account, CRMxDream retrieves leads from the customer's Meta Lead Ad forms (leads_retrieval), sends server-side qualified-lead events via the Meta Conversions API, and reads ad performance for cost-per-lead reporting. It never creates, edits, pauses, or deletes campaigns, ad sets, ads, or audiences, and never posts to Pages. Full details: Meta Integration.
